Who–is 5tcbFM?

 5tcb is a not for profit volunteer based community radio station located in Bordertown, the heart of the Tatiara ("Good Country") district in South Australia's Limestone Coast and servicing E-W from the coast to the border and N-S, from Tintinara to Penola.

 It’s a rare breed of radio station, broadcasting a high quality, continuous, sustainable service satisfying the information and entertainment needs of the community, encouraging volunteer input and operation and promoting the well-being of both business and the general community while targeting the major audience share. 

 Currently* 5tcb’s audience is a close second to ABC Local Radio with daylight before the next station. So 5tcb is No.1 for commercial and community radio in its service area.

 5tcb also operates a recording studio with multimedia capability for the economic and educational benefit of students, musicians, businesses and the community.

Our vision is to be the principal daily media in the region; to encourage economic development and regional leadership and to help establish the Limestone Coast as the pre-eminent centre for information technology and media education in rural South Australia.

 Our positioning strategy is to present the one true local FM Radio service as a refreshingly natural, two way community connection, promising up to date information and music you love to hear.
